Yvonne “Toni” Vallier went home to be with Jesus on December 31st, 2020. Toni was born to parents, Joseph and Fonnie Lilly in May of 1954 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Toni was always proud to say she was from Punta Gorda, Florida, where she lived the majority of her life as well as raised her kids. Toni was a dedicated mother first and foremost and embraced every moment with her family. She especially loved her role as Memaw and Gigi. Toni had a compassionate heart which led her to work in various roles in the medical field.
Toni will be deeply missed by her sister, Patti Balbin, her brother, David Albritton, and her four children, Nicole Hawkins, Shannon Dutton, Danny Dutton (Keri), and Kristina Scarlett (Garfield) and her 13 grandchildren, Michael Hawkins, (Elizabeth), Christopher Shadduck, Corey Shadduck, Anthony Shadduck, Justin Dutton (Bailey), Katie Scarlett, Kelsea Legg (Dylan), Ryan Raffington, Courtney Scarlett, Lindsey Raffington, Timothy Cole, Travis Cole, and Sophia Scarlett. As well as her 12 great-grandchildren.
Isaiah 40:31But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
A private service will be held on January 24th at 1pm at the Trinity Baptist Church in Punta Gorda for immediate family. Following after will be a Celebration of Life at Gilchrist Park at 3pm, open for friends to join.
In the wake of this tragic loss, the family respectfully requests that all who attend are adhering to the CDC guidelines in regards to social distancing and face coverings.
