Vernon Carlson

Vernon D. Carlson, class of 1956 Bessemer High School, passed away on April 6, 2025, peacefully with his wife Patricia (Valentino) and three daughters by his side. He was a proud PaPa to his seven granddaughters and five great-grandchildren. He loved his hometown of Bessemer and his retirement in Punta Gorda Florida, for almost 30 years. Vern was an example and mentor to all that he met. He will be deeply missed by his family and all his friends.
