Vera E. Arnold

Vera E. (Beck) Arnold, 85 of Port Charlotte, FL formerly of Red Lion, PA passed away after a lengthily illness on Saturday, February 9, 2008 in Port Charlotte, FL at the home of her son and daughter in law . She was born October 15, 1922 in Red Lion, PA to J. Harris and Ada (Markel) Beck. Vera and her husband owned and operated Arnold's Cut Rate of Red Lion for 25 years prior to retiring in 1972 and enjoying 30 years of retirement together. Vera will be greatly missed by her son, John W. (Sue) Arnold, Jr of Port Charlotte, Fl; daughters, Jeanne Hildebrand and Vicky Napp both of Red Lion; granddaughters, LuAnn Hildebrand, Joanna Hildebrand and Merry Hildebrand all of Red Lion and one sister Lucille Dellinger of Red Lion. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, John W. Arnold on January 12, 2003. Service will be private.
