Thomas Crowell

Thomas Michael Crowell, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 71. He was born on December 22, 1953, to John A. Crowell and Anne (Kalagher) Crowell.

Tom spent his early years in Massachusetts and graduated from Austin Prep High School in Reading, MA, after beginning his education at St. John the Evangelist Elementary School and continuing at Saint Peter's High School in Gloucester. He pursued higher education at Saint Anselm's College in Manchester, NH, where he laid the foundation for a life dedicated to service. Tom proudly gave back to the community through his years of service in New Hampshire law enforcement. His dedication and commitment during that time were a testament to his character. He was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather who took immense pride in his family.

Tom is survived by his wife of 28 years, Ashlee Crowell and her son Peter Kemp (Melissa) of Milford. His children who he loved and was very proud of, Christopher Crowell of Dublin NH, Cynthia Crowell (Lenny) Jaffrey NH, Jennifer Crowell (Gabe) Dublin NH, He also leaves behind his former wife, Laura Calkins (Bob) Peterborough NH. He adored his grandchildren Jordan, Courtney, Brianna, Chris Jr., and Abbigayle, who brought him endless joy.

He is also survived by his brother Jim Crowell in Charlottesville, VA, and sisters Patty Kanoff in Fort Mill, SC, and Mary J. Kraper in Mount Pleasant, SC, along with several cherished nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and his infant brother, John.

In this time of grief, let us remember and cherish the warmth, laughter, and kindness that Tom brought into our lives. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in our hearts.
