Thomas A. Reiter

Thomas A. Reiter, 82, of Punta Gorda passed away March 31, 2010. He was the son of Abraham and Nita (Hewitt) Reiter, born March 8, 1928 in Flint, MI. Thomas served in the US Army. He was a retired sale representative in the automotive industry and came to this area from Flint, MI in 1997. Thomas served on the board of directors of Forest Lake Country Club, Bloomfield Hills, MI, Trustee Board of Directors BPOE, Grand Blanc, MI and Punta Gorda BPOE. He was a lifetime boy scout and a member of Punta Gorda Country Club. Thomas will be greatly missed by his wife of 61 years, Sally, daughter, Karan (Frank) Garner of Punta Gorda and Caseville, MI; sons, Thomas P of Punta Gorda and Patrick D. (Patty) of Columbus, OH; sister, Betty Coggins of TX and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara. No services are planned at this time.
