Therese Marie Lebreck

Therese (Terry) LeBreck passed away peacefully April 11, 2018 after a courageous battle with Parkinson Disease. She raised her family in Manitowoc, WI as a single Mom and moved to Milwaukee, WI in 1977. Upon retiring from her career in insurance, Terry moved to Punta Gorda, FL in 1995 and enjoyed her time traveling to Europe and throughout the US. She loved gardening, working crossword puzzles, reading and singing. She took great joy in writing about her experiences and created many books of her adventures and observations. She is survived by her children Michael Krause (Dawn) - Manteno, IL, Linda Krawczyk (Russell) - Freeport, IL and Christine Krause (Adrian) - Elm Grove, WI; 5 grandchildren - Adam (Leah) and Tyler (Lindsey) Krause; Jared, Jennifer and Jacqueline Krawczyk; her brother John LeBreck and sisters Barbara Mendillo, Mary Zizzo, and Cathy LeBreck. Terry is preceded in death by her parents Merle and Cherry LeBreck and her brother Robert LeBreck. Special thank you to Laura Vandeleur, her beloved niece and primary caretaker these past 3 years, Edith Casimir and her care team, and Tidewell Hospice. Services will be held at Sacred Heart Church, 211 W Charlotte Ave, Punta Gorda on Tuesday, May 8th at 11:30 AM. Memorials can be made to Tidewell Hospice or Parkinson's Foundation.
