Theresa N. Bowie

Theresa Bowie, 58, of Punta Gorda passed away October 28, 2009. She was the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Thompson, born August 16, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA.. She was a member of Classic Yacht Club of America and Burnt Store Isles Boat Club. Theresa was a homemaker and a fantastic cook for her family. She was proud to be a certified diver and enjoyed being on and in the water. Theresa will be greatly missed by her husband of 37 years, Harry; daughter, Amanda (Greg) Young of Pennsburg, PA; sisters, Patricia Duvall of Venice, FL and Barbara Thompson of PA and grandson, Aydin Young. A memorial service will be held at later date in PA. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care, 1144 Veronica Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
