Theresa Giusto

Theresa Giusto, 87, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away Monday, April 18, 2011. She was born April 21, 1923 in Waterbury, CT to John and Carmela (Capobianco) Parente. Theresa was a member of the Holy Rosary Society at St. Lucy's Church, Waterbury and attended Church of the Epiphany, Cheshire, CT. Recently she was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Port Charlotte, FL. She most enjoyed baking and cooking holiday meals for her family. Theresa will be greatly missed by her son, John (Carol) Giusto of Branford, CT; daughter, Mary (Tom) Guastella of Port Charlotte, FL; grandchildren, Jessica Bloking, John Giusto, Anthony Giusto and Sara Naiss and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving spouse, Oreste. The family will receive friends 10:00 to 11:00 am, Saturday, April 30, 2011 at St. Lucy's Church, Waterbury, CT with a Memorial Mass to follow at 11:00 am.
