Shawn Lee Dixon

Shawn L Dixon, 41 Port Charlotte passed away Feb. 19, 2017, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident in Punta Gorda, Fl. Shawn was born March 3. 1975 in Port Charlotte, Fl. and was a lifelong resident. He worked alongside his father at family owned Roy's Trailer Country. Shawn will be remembered for his tremendous heart, outstanding sense of humor and love of spending time with his family and friends. Shawn will be greatly missed by his father, Roy and Jackie Dixon; mother, Phyllis and Carl Carlson, grandmother, Fanny Carlson, sisters, Sonja, Erica and Jennifer and brothers, Terry, Randy and Carl. As well as his extended family. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday February 24, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at Larry Taylors Funeral Home.
