Sharon Kolenda

In memory of Sharon “Sherry” Kolenda, LPN  February 1, 1968, to November 7, 2021, of Punta Gorda, FL. She was a loving wife and mother to her three beautiful boys. Nathaniel, David and Colton Kolenda of Punta Gorda.  Sherry was a caregiver to all in her work and personal life. She was an active member of the Faith Lutheran Church. She put her faith first in all things she did. She was a joy to everyone she met and always graced the day with a smile. She loved the outdoors and stayed active through hiking and kayaking.  

She will be greatly missed by her sons and stepson Jeremy (Janira) and grandchildren Noah & Savannah of Joliet, IL. Best friend and mother Jane (Fred) Irwin of Punta Gorda.  Her brothers Frank (Kim) and Scott Stachulak of Morris, IL. and sister Pam (Mike) Austin of Rochester, IN. and Mary Kay (John) Stachulak of Steger, IL, and many other extended family members, friends, and co-workers. 

She was preceded in death by her father John (Jane) Stachulak of S. Chicago Heights and brother John (Mary) Stachulak of Steger, IN.  

 A service will be held at 2:00 PM on November 21, 2021, at Faith Lutheran. 4005 Palm Dr. Punta Gorda, FL. 33950.
