Scott DeGrave

Scott C. DeGrave (53) passed away peacefully on October 29, 2024 with his family by his side. He was born on August 24, 1971 to Dale and Sally (Detrie) DeGrave. Scott was a graduate of Preble High School, Class of 1989. Scott married his soulmate Lynn (Rouse) on February 7, 2015. Scott worked at Kubiak Pools for many years, then went on to work at DeGrave Media Blasting. In 2022, Scott and Lynn moved to Punta Gorda, Florida where he began working at Sunland Paving. Scott enjoyed The Green Bay Packers, Wednesday night Survivor date night with "Rosie," hanging out with friends and being with his children and grandchildren. 

Scott is survived by his wife Lynn, his children Brooke (Jake) Giesfeldt, Christian DeGrave, and Jack DeGrave. His mother Sally DeGrave, Brother Jason (Terry Stormer) DeGrave. Grandchildren Charlette, Brody, and Miles. His father and mother-in-law Karl and Fern Rouse, brother-in-law Steven (Jacki) Rouse. Goddaughters Ella Nelson and Presley Phillips. His niece Cassidy Stormer and nephews Nolan Stormer, Connor Rouse, Evan Rouse, and Ryan Rouse. His special "nephew" Graysen Phillips. His aunts and uncles Deanna (Mark) Bevernitz, Jim (Judy) Detrie and John (Bobbi) Detrie. Along with many cousins and friends. His new companion , Fancy. He also leaves behind his best buddy Dan Shadian.

Scott was preceded in death by his father Dale DeGrave, his grandparents Donnie and Marie DeGrave, Merlin and Beatrice Detrie. And his companion Sarge.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Sunday, November 17, 2024 from Noon to 4:00 pm at Gathering 43 (behind DeGrands) 623 DePere Road, Denmark, WI 54208.
