Sandy Davenport, 66, of Punta Gorda passed away October 25, 2009. She was the daughter of Walter and Anna (Sanders) Webb, born December 22, 1942 in Indianapolis, IN. Sandy moved from Oregon, WI to Punta Gorda in 2000 and enjoyed being active in her community. She was a member of Burnt Store Lakes Red Hats, Epsilon Sigma Alpha Philanthropic Organization, and a volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul. Sandy was an avid reader and was member of a bookgroup in Burnt Store Lakes . She enjoyed gardening and baking for her family. Sandy will be greatly missed by her husband of 45 years, Charlie; mother, Anna Webb of Delray Beach; daughter, Gail (Steve) Siebert of Seattle, WA; son, Van Davenport of Stockholm, Sweden; sister, Beth Debrecht of Boca Raton, FL; grandchild, Cole Siebert; niece, Jennifer Debrecht and nephew, Tom Debrecht. The service in celebration of Sandy’s life will be 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Friday, October 30, 2009 at Burnt Store Lakes Memorial Park.
