Sandra Louise Armstrong

Sandra (Sandy) was born in Springfield, MA on January 31,1938 to Mildred & Michael Angelo Constantino. She met the love of her life, Robert (Bob) Armstrong in high school and they married in 1962. Sandy was a devoted wife and mother to their two daughters, always involved in their activities as they grew up in Windsor Locks, CT. Sandy and Bob moved to Punta Gorda, FL in 1989, where they actively participated in the community, Twin Isles Country Club and church. Together, they loved to travel (visiting all 50 state capitols!), go on cruises, play games, do puzzles, and spend time with family and friends. 

Sandy passed away peacefully on September 9, 2024, in Punta Gorda. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Bob Armstrong, daughter Darlene and son-in-law Tom John of San Diego, CA, daughter Robyn and son-in-law John Rygh of McCall, ID and four cherished grandchildren, Brian (wife Evangelia), Sarah, Austin & Brenner. Sandy will be remembered for her beautiful smile and with much love and affection by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
