Samantha J. Chomiak

Samantha J. Chomiak, 45, native of Punta Gorda, FL went home to be with the Lord on June 4, 2017. She was born November 22, 1971 in Port Charlotte, FL. Samantha enjoyed cooking, always trying out new recipes and was an avid reader. Samantha was a kind and selfless person who devoted herself to her family and friends. She especially loved her job as a pediatric nurse, lovingly caring for her patients. Samantha loved the Lord and is peacefully home in Heaven. She will be missed dearly by everyone who loved her. Samantha will be greatly missed by her beloved husband, Michael; parents, Charles and Shirley; son, David; sister, Valene; in laws, Arthur and Sharen; aunt, Valerie; uncle, Larry (Grace) both of Canada; niece, Michaela and her much loved great nieces and nephew. She was preceded in death by her sister, Melinda. The family will receive friends 6 to 7pm, Thursday, June 8, 2017 with a service to celebrate Samantha's life to follow at 7 pm at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
