Ruth S. Ballard

Ruth S. Ballard, 70, of Punta Gorda went home to be with her Lord on January 19, 2011. She was born September 9, 1940 in Swanton, VT to Alfred and Ruth (Whiting) Greeno Ruth will be remembered as a prayer warrior. Anytime anyone needed prayer, they would call her with the request and she prayed for them. She regularly prayed for others. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Women of Faith and South Punta Gorda Heights Civic Association. She will be greatly missed by her sons, David Liskey, Mark Liskey and Michael Liskey; grandchildren, Devon, Ethan, Joseph, Todd and Travis; brothers, Robert, Gary, Bill and Michael and sister, Ann. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Keith and brother, Alan. A service in celebration of Ruth's life will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, January 22, 2010 at Trinity Baptist Church, Punta Gorda.
