Russell Joe Knowles II , 28, of Punta Gorda passed away December 30, 2017. He was the son of Christine Gable and Russell Joe Knowles, Sr., born May 23, 1989, in Arcadia, Fl. Russell enjoyed being on social media spreading love and positivity to all his friends. He loved learning new languages and was self-taught. He had a diverse interest in all types of music, especially concerning his favorite instrument: the guitar. He was a member of multiple support groups where he leant a helpful ear and kind words. He was a member of the Christ Community Methodist Church in Harbor Heights. He will be greatly missed by his Sisters: Onnalisa Cathey and Katie Knowles: Brothers: Bill Knowles and Taylor Gable: Stepfather Scott Gable and Stepmother Pat Knowles: and Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 pm, and service at 3:00pm on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
