Roslyn Roberta "Roz" Oberheim, 82, of Port Charlotte passed away July 25, 2015. She was the daughter of Lester and Betty (Mills) Conrad, born November 9, 1932 in Washington Township, Arkansas. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal in Holly, MI; and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Roz was a CNA for TideWell Hospice since 1987. She was also a hostess/cashier for many years at the family's business, Peter's Family Restaurant. Roz was an avid NASCAR fan; her favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Roz enjoyed spoiling her grand- and great-grandchildren. Roz will be greatly missed by her husband of 59 years, Orrie C. "Skip" Oberheim; sons, Ted (MaryAnn) Oberheim, Frank Oberheim, Steven (Diana) Oberheim, Chris Oberheim; daughter, Robin (Al) Garris; grandchildren, Chris, Greg, Matt, Joe, Amy, Sarah, Brett, Kyle, Shannon, Tyler, Carly, Brittney, Kelsey, Whitney, and Wade; 20 great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara MacLennan. Services will be 2:00 pm on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. To express condolences to the family, please sign the online guest book.
