Rose Mary Volpert

Rose Mary Volpert, 75, of Punta Gorda, FL and Ottawa, IL passed away Jan. 19, 2018. She was the daughter of William and Ardell Kary, born on Jan. 20, 1942 in Sparta, IL. Rose Mary was a member of First United Methodist Church in Ottawa, IL and Punta Gorda, FL. She was a very active member in the churches and other community activities. Rose Mary enjoyed traveling the country with Ed in their motorhome. She belonged to the Quilting Guild and loved doing all types of crafting. Rose Mary will be greatly missed by her brother, Carl Kary; nephew, Shon (Sarah); niece, Sybil (Travis) and great-niece, Addison. She was preceded in death by Ed Golladay; parents and brother, Bud Kary. A memorial service will be held at 11am, Thursday, Jan. 25, 2018 at First United Methodist Church, Punta Gorda.
