Rose J. Mcclelland

Rose "Rosie Mc Clelland, 76, of Port Charlotte passed away June 22, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Felicia (Manata) and Dominic Anthony Zuppo, born September 2, 1932 in Ridley Township. Rose worked at Fair Acres Nursing Home as a nurse?s aide and then worked at the Cake Box Bakery in Swarthmore, PA where she did everything from baking to waiting on customers always had a smile on her face. She and Butch moved from Chester, PA to Port Charlotte in 1983 and enjoyed their retirement in Florida. She enjoyed playing bingo, and going to casinos. Rose will be remembered for her great sense of humor and always making people laugh. Rose will be greatly missed by her son, Gary Mc Clelland of Port Charlotte; sister, Delores Zuppo Engel of West Goshen, PA; brothers- Dominic Zuppo Jr of Swarthmore, PA and Vince Zuppo of Ridley Township; grandchildren- Joseph Mc Clelland of Yakima, Washington, Lisa Mc Clelland of Fairfield California, James Mc Clelland of Tracey, CA, Katie Mc Clelland of Selah, Washington and Robert Mc Clelland Jr. of Seymour TN. She was preceded in death by her husband- Charles "Butch" Mc Clelland , son- Robert "Robbie Mc Clelland, sister, Mary Madeline Zuppo Shea , brothers- Anthony Zuppo , Albert Zuppo and Louis Zuppo. A Gathering of family and friends will be from 3pm to 5pm on Monday June 29, 2009 at Kaniefski- Kendus-D'Anjolell Memorial Home, 3900 West 9th Street, Trainer, Pa 19061.
