Robert N. Hauser, Sr

Robert N. Hauser, Sr., 71, of Port Charlotte passed at his residence on away May 4, 2008. He was born December 27, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Herman and Irene (Sabourine) Hauser. Robert was the President of Sussex Corporation in North Haven for 25 years until his retirement. He moved from Wallingford, CT to Port Charlotte 9 years ago. Robert will be greatly missed by his wife, Phyllis J. Hauser; daughters, Robin (Paul) Turek and Sharon Thomas; son, Robert Hauser, Jr; daughter in law: Donna Hauser; grandchildren, Brendan, Patrick and Kayleigh Thomas, Daniel and Melissa Hauser, Jon-Paul and Taralyn Turek; great-grandchildren, Emma and Heidi Turek; mother in law Muriel H. Johnson; brother, William (Lynn) Hauser; sisters, Barbara (Richard) Marriot and Marcella Marriot; several nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be 11:30 am, Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Wallingford, CT. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care, 1144 Veronica Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33952 or charity of your choice.
