Richard Thomas Willson

Richard Thomas Willson, 69, of Punta Gorda passed away December 3, 2008. He was born January 2, 1939 in Norfolk, Virginia to Ira and Geneva (Gilbert) Willson. Richard moved from Plant City, FL to Punta Gorda in July of 2008. He retired from National Products and he worked for many years for Norfolk City Garage. Richard served as a Merchant Seaman. He was an antique dealer and enjoyed restoring antiques. He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Wendy Willson and Geneva Willson both of Punta Gorda; brother, Alvin Willson of Murfreesboro, NC and five grandchildren. Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Willson and daughter Nancy Willson. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
