Richard J. Mcmanus, Jr.

Richard J. McManus Jr. (Sonny) passed away peacefully on December 16, 2020 at the age of 85.  Born in Abington, PA and he resided in Feasterville, PA for most of his life.

He attended Bensalem Township High School.  Sonny served in the United States Air Force as a mechanic which later instilled his talents to become a Crane Operator in Philadelphia's Operating Engineers Local 542.  Sonny was so proud of his 50 plus years of service and accomplishments operating cranes all over the region.

His favorite company that he worked for was Mchugh Brothers.  After retirement Sonny moved to Port Charlotte, Florida to enjoy the warm weather.  Sonny would enjoy fishing trips, hanging with his friends, and enjoying visits from his family.  Sonny also enjoyed traveling the country with his grandsons racing cars.

Preceded by his loving parents Richard John McManus Sr., Ida Mae McAlindin McManus. Sister's Ida Mae Kinsey, Betty Ann McManus Podhaizer and Grandson Kyle McManus.  Loving Father of Richard McManus (Dolores), Maribeth McManus (David), Kathy Rappo (Jim), Karen Gillick (Al).  Grandfather of Michael (Annie), Aleah, Jamie, Alexa, Randy, Tyler, Austin.  And great Grandfather to Avery and Reilly.
