Raymond J. Gresko

Raymond Joseph "Ray" Gresko, 66, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Arvada, CO, passed away April 11, 2008. Mr. Gresko was born in Minneapolis, MN and grew up in Allen Park, MI. He served in the US Marine Corps from 1962 until 1968, and served in Vietnam, the Philippines and with the Marine Security Guard. In 1968, Mr. Gresko married Sharon Lemon. Prior to their move to Port Charlotte Village in 2001, Mr. Gresko worked for the City of Lakewood, CO until he retired. Mr. Gresko will be greatly missed by his wife, Sharon; daughter, Kay (Mark) Evans; son, Mitch Gresko, a Lieutenant in the US Navy; grandson, Nicolas Sabo; sisters, Donna Van Vleet and Patricia Quigley, both of Michigan; and many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
