Raymond E. Kaye, 61, of Punta Gorda passed away November 8, 2006. He was born October 30, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York to Ralph and Sally (Sapienza) Kaye. Raymond was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Clairson International-Closet Maid Corp for 30 years in Ocala, Florida and Atlanta, GA before retiring 6 years ago. He was a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Raymond enjoyed the water and was active boater with the P.G. Islanders. Raymond was an environmentalist who also enjoyed tennis and was a sport cars enthusiast. Raymond will be greatly missed by his wife of 24 years, Cheryl; daughter Amy Lisiewski of Punta Gorda; son Matthew Lisiewski of Atlanta, GA; mother Sally Kaye of CT; brother Peter Kaye of MA; sister-in-laws Michelle Ritson and Scott Mathis of Orlando, FL and Paulette (Tommy) Damiano of Long Island, NY; nieces Keri (Michael) Caridi of Orlando, FL and Tracy (Robert) McClure of Clearwater, FL. A celebration of Raymond’s life will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 11, 2006 at the Punta Gorda Chapel of Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care, 1144 Veronica Street, Port Charlotte, FL 33952. To express condolences to the family please sign the online guest book.
