Patricia Tower

Patricia Mary Lathrope Tower, 59, of Port Charlotte passed away March 6, 2006. She was the daughter of Morris and Hilda (Mapes) Lathrope, born January 15, 1947 in Cross Keys, NJ. She came to Port Charlotte form New Jersey in 1985 and was a registration clerk at Charlotte Regional Medical Center for over 10 years. Pat was a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Punta Gorda, and enjoyed playing hymns on her organ as well as sailing, fishing and going to yard sales. Pat will be greatly missed by her husband of 3 years, Ron Tower; daughters, Abbey Ernest of Venice and Kim (Greg) Lindstrom of Port Charlotte; brothers, Floyd (Eileen) Lathrope of NJ, Kenny (Mary) Lathrope of FL, and Ray (Eileen) Lathrope of New Port Richey, FL; sisters, Mae Dilks of NJ and Ethel (Joe) Croce of Englewood; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Morris. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 9 at the Punta Gorda Chapel of Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. The service in celebration of Pat’s life will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Punta Gorda Chapel.
