Patricia A. Jones

Patricia (Patti) Ann Jones, 65, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 17, 2022.

She was born on May 20, 1957, in Port Huron Michigan, the daughter of Samuel and Nelda Adkins. She married Garry Jones on July 21, 1979, in Illinois.

Patti enjoyed working and loved to stay busy. As a young girl, she participated in baton twirling and dance performances with her sister Pam. After high school, she moved to Illinois where she met her husband, started a family, and made lifelong friends. In 1986, Patti moved to Florida with her family. Patti worked as a cashier for many years. She also enjoyed supporting her girls with their fair projects for many years. Patti loved to rock her long nails and blue eye shadow. She loved listening to Elvis, Christian music, country music, and dancing. She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends and drinking faygo rock & rye. Patti loved going placing and having family get-togethers. She always enjoyed being with her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

Patti is survived by four daughters, Jayme Jones, Cheryl Jones, Diana Jones, and Samantha (Matthew) Richardson; 4 grandchildren, Nicholas, Malachi, Arya, and Jeremiah; 5 sisters, Pam (Mike) Trigger, Dawn (Joe) Tijerina, Diana (Dan) Patnaude, Mary Adkins, and Martha Adkins; 3 aunts; and 8 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garry; a grandchild, Alexander; a nephew, Jonathan; and her parents.
