Nathan ”Perry” Anderson, 50, of Punta Gorda passed away September 29, 2005. He was born September 8, 1955 in Nokomis, FL to the late William and Virginia (Fussell) Anderson. Perry moved to Punta Gorda five years ago, and owned Anderson Roofing; he was of the Baptist faith. Perry enjoyed dogs, being outdoors, riding Harley’s and horses, as well as shooting pool and watching the Miami and Tampa Bay football teams. He will be missed by his son Ronnie (Melissa) Anderson of Springhill, FL; daughter Tammy (Ken) Anderson of St. Pete, FL; brother Greg (Gloria) Anderson of Punta Gorda; sisters Gladys (Mike) Wintell of Nivara, FL and Blanche (Robert) Beneke of Murfreesboro, TN; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm, Tuesday, October 4 at the Punta Gorda Chapel of Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. A graveside service will be at 3:00 pm, Wednesday at Indian Springs Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of SW Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34238.
