Nancy Janet Wilson

Nancy "Janet" Wilson, 76, of Port Charlotte passed away suddenly at her home on Wednesday, February 3, 2010. She was the daughter of Roy and Ora Velma (Partain) Burns, born July 20, 1933 in Harrisburg, IL. Janet enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was an avid porcelain painter and the oldest student in her class. Janet will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all that knew her. Janet will be greatly missed by her husband of 59 years, Frank of Port Charlotte; sons, Michael (Cindy) Wilson of Rosie Claire, IL and Donald Wilson of Harrisburg, IL; brothers, Robert (Beverly) Burns of Port Charlotte and Steven (Rose) Burns of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Michael (Joanne), Frank (Brandy), Jada (Brian), Amber (Dustin), Michelle (Dan) and Glen and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, James Wilson. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Harrisburg, IL.
