Miltiadis "Mike" Halas

Miltiadis "Mike" Halas, 75, of North Port, FL passed away August 8, 2016. He was the son of Dimitris and Asimina Halas, born January 29, 1941 in Andros, Greece. Mike was the former owner of Port Charlotte Diner, Burnt Store Cafe and Stuff A Belly Diner. He enjoyed watching family feud, wrestling and spending time with his family and friends. Mike will be greatly missed by his wife of 24 years, Florence; daughter, Alexis Halas; sons, James, Christopher, Joey (Melissa) and Michael and grandchildren, Ryan, Jayden and Alex. He was preceded in death by his brother, Alexandros. The family will receive friends 10 to 11am, Monday, August 15, 2016 with a celebration of Mike's life to follow at 11 am at First Alliance of Port Charlotte.
