Mary Elizabeth Yount

Mary Elizabeth Yount, 43, of Deltona, FL passed away March 8, 2018. She was the daughter of Jeff and Kathy Yount, born October 12, 1974 in Mattoon, IL. Mary Elizabeth was a member of San Antonio Catholic Church. She was a big St. Louis Cardinals fan, and loved the Florida Gators, especially Tim Tebow. She had a loving heart and cared deeply about others; she also loved animals, especially her pets Furburger and Tubba. Mary Elizabeth will be greatly missed by Chris Proper, with whom she shared 20 years; sons, Jacob Proper and Christopher Proper; parents, Jeff and Kathy Yount; grandmother, Janet Define; brother, Jeffery Yount; and niece and nephew, Tara and Jay Yount. The family will receive friends Noon-1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services, with the service in celebration of Mary Elizabeth's life beginning at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to a local humane society of one's choosing.
