Marion K. Case

Marion K. Case, 79, of Punta Gorda passed away October 12, 2007. She was born October 27, 1927 in Plainfield, New Jersey to Thomas and Nancy (Scavuzzo) Tornabene. Marion at the age of 16 soloed an airplane for Civil Air Patrol and enjoyed doing athletics. She moved from New Jersey in 1987 to Punta Gorda after retiring. Marion was a charter member and the first female Captain at Burnt Store Isles Boat Club and enjoyed being a Charlotte Player. Marion will be greatly missed by her daughter, Karen M. Neckorcuk of Alexandria, VA son, David A. Mastro of Collegeville, PA; fiancé and life long friend of 70 years, John D. Manning of Punta Gorda; along with 2 grandchildren.
