Maria Starcher

Maria Starcher, 51, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away February 2, 2017 after courageous battle. She was the daughter of Edgar and Genevieve Hernandez, born May 11, 1965 in Jacksonville, FL. Maria was proud to be a self employed painter. Maria was a member of the North Port Moose Lodge, Lehigh Acres Moose Lodge and International Union of Painters and Allied Trades. She enjoyed, singing, karaoke, and hanging out with the Weekend Crew who included Kathy, Mike, Carol, Alan and others. Maria loved spending time with her family, extended family and friends. Maria will be greatly missed by the love of her life, Dave; parents Edgar and Genevieve; daughters, Amber, Aimee, Savannah; daughter in law, Mandy; sons, Josh, Dennis, David, Mark, Jeremy, Jason, Chad and Sean; brother, JR "Junior"; sisters, Nancy and Genny and twenty grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. A celebration of Maria's life will be on Saturday, February 18, 2017 staring at Noon at North Port Moose Lodge. Memorial donations may be made in Maria's memory to the local humane society or Boy's Town.
