Margaret A. Geraci

Margaret A. Geraci, 77, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.  She was born December 26, 1943, to Arthur and Gladys Mitchell in England.  Margaret moved to the U.S. from England in the 1960’s.

Before moving to Sarasota in 1987, Margaret lived in Bellport, NY and Bayport, NY.  She relocated to Punta Gorda in June of 2004.  Margaret was a Bank Teller, retiring in 2001 from First Union Bank Southeast in Florida after previously working on Long Island for EAB, Key Bank and Franklin National Bank.Margaret was sweet, intelligent, and loved by everyone who met her.  She was an avid reader, enjoyed writing letters to her friends and family in England, and loved her cats. 

Margaret will be deeply missed by her best friend and husband of 42 years, John Geraci; stepdaughter Dawn Jones (Tim); stepsons, Christopher Geraci (Colleen), Scott Geraci, Nicholas Geraci (Heather), and Jeremy Geraci; and her 17 grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur and Gladys Mitchell from the Isle of Wight England.
