Madeline B Dolan

Madeline B. Dolan, 95, of Punta Gorda passed away March 3, 2015. She was the daughter of Wilfred and Rosa (Fortier) Bisson, born August 5, 1919 in Winthrop, ME. Madeline grew up in Maine, and moved to New Jersey in 1951. She came to Punta Gorda in 1989 from Hamilton Township, NJ. Madeline was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and volunteered at Charlotte Regional Medical Center for many years. She enjoyed playing Bridge with her friends. Madeline will be greatly missed by her daughters, Jean (Thomas) Opsut and Maureen (Richard) Borland; grandchildren, Jennifer Opsut, Kimberly Pineda, and Sean Borland; great-grandchildren, Tyler Opsut, Ryan Pineda, and Alex Pineda; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E. Dolan, Sr.; son Thomas E. Dolan, Jr.; and grandson, Thomas J. Opsut. Family services will be held later in New Jersey.
