Luella M. Walch

Luella M. Walch, 63, of Punta Gorda passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012. She was the daughter of Edward and Helen (Lutz) Mattis, born July 3, 1948 in Hettinger, ND. Luella was a retired Human Resources Manager with United Power Association. She moved to Punta Gorda from Minneapolis, MN in 1999. She enjoyed going power boating, motorcycling, snowmobiling, and watching football especially the Vikings. Luella will be greatly missed by her husband of 43 years, Dennis; son, Michael Walch of Clearwater; brother, Raymond (Venita) Mattis of Hettinger, ND and several nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws. A gathering of family and friends will be 2:00 to 3:00 pm, Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Memorial donations may be made to M.S. Foundation, 3201 W.
