Louis Kushner

Louis Kushner, 86, of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Punta Gorda, FL and Long Island, NY passed away March 12, 2017. He was the only child of Abraham and Bella Kushner, born September 2, 1930 in the Bronx, NY. Lou served in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked as Executive Vice President and Chief Counsel of First American Title Insurance Company of New York. Lou was a board member of the Platinum Point Yacht Club in Punta Gorda, FL. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; son, Bradley; step-daughter, Diana; grandchildren, Jacqueline and Jason; step-grandchildren, Eric and Alexander; his companion dog, Jake. A celebration of Lou's life will be held at 10:30am, Monday, April 3, 2017 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Memorial donations may be made to Florida Poodle Rescue, P.O.
