Linda Joyce Williams

Linda J. Williams, 63, of Punta Gorda passed away November 25, 2010. She was daughter of Jack and Doris (Clelland) Bush, born April, 16, 1947 in Indiana, PA. Linda moved to this area from California in 1990 and she was a registered nurse and an instructor at Charlotte Technical Center. Linda, or "Ms. Williams" as her students called her, will be remembered for her strong motivation and inspiration in her teaching. She loved and cherished her grandchildren, whom she was raising. She will be greatly missed by her granddaughter, Taylor Sylvest; grandson, Lance Sylvest both of Punta Gorda; sister, Cindy Morrell of Dumfries, VA; brother, John Bush of Bedford, PA and daughter, Lisa Sylvest of Birmingham, AL. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Williams and parents. A memorial service in celebration of Linda's life will be at 3:00 pm, Sunday, November 28, 2010 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
