Lena A. Rizzo

Lena A. (Palano) Rizzo, 88, of Lake Suzy passed away November 28, 2010. She was born November 14, 1922 to Dominic and Josephine (LaScola) Palano. Lena was the owner of Lee's Hair Salon in Easton, MA. She excelled in crochet, needlepoint and quilting, winning numerous awards. She will be remembered for her kind and loving ways to everyone she met. Lena will be greatly missed by her sons, John Rizzo if Easton, MA and Paul Rizzo of Fairhaven, MA; daughters JoAnn Wilbur of Middleboro, MA and Linda Poitras of Harwich, MA; and cherished "Nonni" of 10 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter J. Rizzo. The family will receive friends 10:00 to 11:00 am, Wednesday, December 1, 2010 with a celebration of Lena's life to follow at 11:00 am at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
