Kenneth P. Sellman

Kenneth "Ken" Sellman, 86, of Port Charlotte passed away July 8, 2015. He was born July 14, 1928 to Charles and Emily Sellman. Ken was a Sgt First Class in the US Army for 20 years as a surveyor, which he continued in his civilian life. He moved from Hanover, Mass to Port Charlotte in 1992. Ken was a member of the American Legion and Pilgrim United Church of Christ. He was a pleasant guy and was a consummate tinkerer. Ken will be greatly missed by his wife of 28 years, Gloria; children, Kathy Carlson, Steven Sellman, Rich Sellman, Diane Sellman, Bruce Sellman and Tom Landers; numerous grandchildren and few great-grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate Ken's life will be held at 8:30am, Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Pilgrim United Church of Christ, 24515 Rampart Blvd, Port Charlotte.
