Kay Sanders

Kay Sanders, 70, of Punta Gorda passed away December 26, 2006. She was born October 13, 1936 in New Castle, PA to Robert and Katherine (Reynolds) Davis. Kay was the owner of Kreative K’s Gift Shop at the Women’s Club in Punta Gorda. She was a member of the Elkettes, Ladies of the Moose and Punta Gorda Historical Society. Kay was of the Episcopal faith. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 50 years, Ken; daughters, Karla Sanders of Punta Gorda; son, Rick (Kay) Sanders of Punta Gorda; sister-in-law, Shirley Davis of Center Lake, MI; grandchildren Rick and Mary Jane and great-grandchildren Dylan and Jaymi. A celebration of Kay’s life will be at the Women’s Club in Punta Gorda at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to Punta Gorda Historical Society, 118 Sullivan Street, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.
