Karl S. Brown, Sr.

Karl Stanley Brown Sr. passed away on December 16, 2021. He was born on July 5, 1932, in Warthen, GA to Arthur Brown and Suda Kelley. He graduated from Skyscraper Technical High School in 1949. He specialized in refrigeration but became a master electrician in two states. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War.

Stanley was an avid reader and sports fan. He really enjoyed college and NFL football. He also enjoyed auto racing.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Leona Brenner Brown; sister Sue Jacobs; son Karl S. Brown Jr.; daughter Suzanne K. Fadely, (Rick G. Fadely); six grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Hill Brown and Arthur (Red) Brown; his first wife and stepson David A. Edlow.

This Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Uncle is well-loved and will be deeply missed.
