Karen & Robert Burgess

Robert E. Burgess (b. March 28, 1922; d. May 11, 2006) and Karen B. Burgess (b. March 12, 1943: d. May 19, 2006) of Punta Gorda Isles will remain together forever in both life and death. Robert is survived by Barbara Burgess from a previous marriage, his loving sons Fred and Neil and his loving daughters Carol and Lee Ann. Karen is survived by her loving sisters Elaine and Winnora. Both Robert and Karen are survived by loving sons Myles and Richard who will always remember them as proud and caring parents who would sacrifice everything for their family and well being of others. Robert was a retired computer analyst with the Control Data Corporation; Karen was recently retired from the City of Punta Gorda after many years of dedicated service where she was widely recognized as a compassionate friend to all. A memorial service will be held at Gilchrist Park on Saturday June 10, 2006 at 10:00 A.M for those who wish to share fond memories of Robert and Karen.
