June Baker, 93, of Punta Gorda passed away December 25, 2018 following a brief illness. June was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Baker, following their marriage of 59 years, the majority spent in Michigan. They shared many good times with family and friends, dancing to their favorite big band tunes, golfing, part-time and full-time living in Florida, international trips and more. June spent many good years with friends in the Burnt Store Colony of Punta Gorda, Florida and enjoyed gardening, music, dancing, dogs, shopping, and socializing at the park. Junes beautiful face, sweet voice, and steady loving spirit will be forever cherished by her two daughters, Linda Shea and Nancy Krupiarz; grandchildren, Lori, Leah, Brian, and Tricia and their spouses; and great-grandchildren, Eric, Vincent, Kyle, Noah, Ashley, Kyle, Ryan, Gabe, Sara, Lauren, Lee and Mason. A celebration of Junes life will be organized in Michigan for mid-June.
