June H. Walter

June H. Walter, 85, of Punta Gorda, FL, formerly of Toledo, OH passed away November 30, 2015. She was the daughter of Charles and Maria Franz, born June 14, 1930. June was a wife, mother and homemaker. She was a member of Punta Gorda Garden Club and honorary member of the Elks and Toledo Yacht Club. June was a member of the Congregational United Church of Christ and named Woman of the year. She loved gardening, boating, traveling and spending time with family and friends. June will be greatly missed by her sons, William (Gina) Walter, David (Debbie) Walter, Jeff Walter, Tom (Teri) Walter and special friend, Frank Bowker and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard and grandson Shea. A memorial service will be held at 1pm, Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Congregational United Church of Christ, Punta Gorda.
