Judith M. Tessier

Judy Tessier, 69, of Punta Gorda passed away February 16, 2010. She was the daughter of the late John and Blanche (Folan) Duffin, born December 24, 1940 in Boston, MA. Judy was the president of the Outlaws Club, secretary of Punta Gorda Sailing Club and member of the Elk's Wareham Lodge #1548. Judy enjoyed taking care of her family as a homemaker and was known as the "party planner". Judy will be greatly missed by her husband of 49 years, Joseph Tessier; sons Joseph Tessier, Jr of Plymouth, MA, Matthew Tessier of Odenton, MD, Daniel Tessier of Ipswich, MA and Jeffrey Tessier of Boston, MA; daughter, Sandra Mealey of Middleboro, MA; 7 grandchildren; brothers Jack and Paul Duffin; sister, Barbara Howard and many nieces, nephews and cousins. No service is planned at this time. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bread of Life Mission or your local food bank.
