Joseph J. Donahue

Joseph J. Donahue, 78, of Rotonda West passed away September 6, 2012. He was the son of Harry and Nell (Bondar) Donahue, born March 1, 1934 in Jersey City, NJ. Joe served in the US Army. He worked for IBM as an internal auditor, retiring with 30 years of service. Joe moved to this area from New Jersey in 2005 and enjoyed golfing, cycling, reading, and weightlifting. Joe will be greatly missed by his wife of 8 years, Millie; daughter, Regina (Tom) Foley of Old Saybrook, CT; sons Michael Donahue of San Francisco, CA, and Patrick (Ginger) Donahue of Orangevale, CA; and grandchildren, Darrian, Tim and Maeve. Services will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to TideWell Hospice, 1144 Veronica St, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
