Joan Derienzo

Joan DeRienzo, 68, of Port Charlotte passed away Friday, Dec. 23, 2011. She was the daughter of Josephine (Maio) and Louis Veltry, Sr., born on August 20, 1943 in Port Washington, NY. Joan moved from Hicksville Long Island, NY to Port Charlotte in the mid 1990's. She loved people and made many wonderful friends at Signature Healthcare. Joan enjoyed reading, especially the Bible. Joan will be greatly missed by her brother, Louis Veltry and niece, Amanda Veltry. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Theresa.
