Joan A. O'Connor

Joan A. O'Connor, 80, of Port Charlotte passed away January 24, 2011. She was born December 4, 1930 in Boston, MA to John and Alice (Shea) Curran. Joan moved from Northboro, MA to Port Charlotte in 2000 and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. She enjoyed working with her hands doing crafts and gardening. Joan will be greatly missed by her daughter, Joan-Alice (Tim) Burn of Hockessin, DE; sons, Pat (Kim) of Sarasota, Robert (Karen) of Petersham, MA, Tim (Pam) of Grafton, MA and Michael (Jan) of Shrewsbury, MA and thirteen grandchildren. A memorial mass will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, Port Charlotte.
