Jerry D. Moore

Jerry D. Moore, 68, of Port Charlotte, FL formerly of West Palm Beach passed away October 17, 2015. He was the son of Thomas and Bernice Moore, born January 8, 1947 in Miami, FL. Jerry was a US Army Veteran. He worked as a machine operator for the City of North Port since 2004. Jerry enjoyed going fishing. Jerry will be greatly missed by his wife of 46 years, Karen; son, Dennis (Ronelle) Moore of Port Charlotte, FL; sister, Diane (Roger) Lescrynski of Port Charlotte; sister in law, Linda Moore of Port Charlotte; grandson, Andrew and Adam. A memorial service to celebrate Jerry's life will be held at 11am, Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services.
