Jeffrey W. Harvey, 41, of Port Charlotte passed away April 12, 2006. He was born May 19, 1964 in Washington, PA to Sam and Judy (Eckert) Harvey. Jeffrey was employed by King Plastics and he loved to bicycle. He was a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He will be greatly missed by his fiancee Joyce Carroll; father Sam Harvey and step-mother Martha Harvey of Washington, PA; daughters Jessica Harvey Washington, PA, Julia Carroll of Pt. Charlotte, FL; step-daughter Josie Carroll of Pt. Charlotte, FL; step-son Jhonthon Carroll of Pt. Charlotte; brothers Michael Harvey of Marrow, GA and step-Mike Wise of Pennsylvania and sister Laura Barbour of Washington, PA. No services are planned at this time.
